Daddy the Weekend Visitor returned from the Road to find that Saint Margot had things well in-hand. Bathroom re-flooring complete, windshield replaced, boy crawling, girl potty-trained. well not quite - but still pretty awesome that she keeps it all together! However, Evelyn no longer refers to me as Daddy - it's Father or Diego.After some nice backyard(igan) time, we headed to Oma's B-Day party Sunday in the midst of a tornado watch - so many grandkids to help the celebration and bid adieu to the sailing grandparents for the summer (gonna have to kick the blog into high gear for our most loyal followers).
Good news from Ana and Duco on baby #2 expected within days of big-sister-to-be Gig's bday in December, and congratulations to Nick and Kasey with the arrival of Fiona Claire - welcome to the world!
