Bonk's Adventure anyone?
Sometimes I think he's BamBam, or Stewie, or the baby from Dinosaurs the show ("Not the Mama!"), but I always come back to Bonk. Either way, this boy is gonna be a terror! Quick to crawl and now climbing - thank goodness his sister is learning how to put the clamps on him.
He's a good kid though - he says hi and raises his hand in a modified wave with a big smile, flops his head over onto his shoulder to flirt and holds hands with his sister while in their carseats - if only he didn't bite so damn much! Margot's afraid to bare her arms due to all the bruises (but makes me look like a tough guy) - small price to pay I guess..
So we're taking the full brunt of the summer along with everyone else - Margot is relieved that she's not lugging Hendrik around inside the womb like she was a year ago - but chasing two rugrats around in the heat isn't much consolation either.
We seemed to survive our post-vacation blues and are soldiering along - enjoying a few nice cookouts and backyard parties and playdates, knocking out a project or two here and there and even got to spend a night out on the town* while Gramma was staying over (*=10pm return without ever leaving Malden - gotta start somewhere!)
