Hendrik is HALF!

Half a year old is Hendrik!
Hard to believe he's been with us that long already, but some pretty stark differences between then and now. Obviously - he's bigger. He just scored an exemplary 95% in height and weight and just a 71% brainpower (head circumference) - good, but not so high that other kids be getting jealous - well played sir. And I think the 18.5 BMI is bogus - the kid is a HOUSE, not a CHUB! You can't funnel his new foods down his throat quick enough (got a little more sympathy for Margot now, although the little parasite is doing wonders for her figure) but there's a lot of strength and solidity there - pretty obvious when he's slamming his fists down demanding more grub.
And we fear that we (he) is in for quite the teething nightmare - the little white buds soon to be pushing through his gums are not so little. They're like adult size already - well maybe pygmy-tooth sized..
But he's good - happy, can sometimes sleep through the night, alert, sitting up (when plopped - not quite on his own) and rolling over (off his tummy, on inclines, with a nudge).

It's just too bad the kid is totally overshadowed by his big sister..
