Evelyn doesn't fall far from her mother's tree - New Yrs Day - time to 'throw the tree out' she says.Nice low-key start to 2011 - Hendrik resolved to stop drooling and Evelyn is serious this time about kicking the diaper habit.
Olibowlen and Applefloppin Holland-style at Oma/Opa's for NYE with just a little bit of glue wine for some festive cheer was a nice way to cap 2010 off. Some minor projects and some major* relaxing during the week highlighted by E's first sledding trip and lowlighted by her first skating adventure - she'll get the hang of it though, I'll make sure of it.
Big news to cap the year off though - if all goes to plan Evelyn and Hendrik will be gaining a Schomp cousin this year and a Schomp auntie this year - we'll let you figure out the details..
