30 Days or your Money Back - End of Trial Period

Well we can't return her now - 30 days, no receipt, no original packaging. And we took her outside over the weekend to play too. Evelyn went on her first road-trip/history-lesson/sight-seeing/shopping-spree when Uncle Jake and Michelle came to visit as we took a jaunt up to Gloucester and Rockport Saturday for a change of pace.

I'd had to abandon the girls at home the first week of the year as I trudged back to work - but was glad to get out and boast about my babies. Margot and Evie are becoming a pretty mobile unit as it's super easy to get her in and out of the mini-mazda-van and the little munchkin loves driving. And this is a positive development because SuperMom has already cleaned every nook and cranny in the house and is now setting out to remake every room's decor - somebody intervene before she has no choice but to go back to work!

Today I guess the smaller one is exactly one month old - so does that mean she's officially no longer a newborn? Well along come two new baby girls to take her spot in the last week - Eleanor O'Brien at work immediately steals Evelyn's 'my name sounds like somebody your grandma played bridge with' title away, and Lydia Sage Warren born on the 2nd to fellow New England Illini Alumni Bob and Zora immediately took the sting out of the Illinois Rose Whalloping. As Nick posted on his blog - it really will be news when a week goes by and no new baby girls are born - and the next boy to be born into our extended network of friends will be the first and one lucky stud - that's for sure!
