Dress Rehearsal

Thought this might be a nice bookend photo to the pre-Evelyn snow shoveling picture..
But yes, Margot really was mopping the windows to try moving things along yesterday after herding some toddlers at Mallory's 2nd birthday party earlier. Tried to spice things up with some Chipotle Mexican that evening, and then tried boring the kid out with some Saturday night Scrabble - Zin (anyone?) for the Win for Margot - gave it to her to block my Triple Word Score Zoo that would have put the game away. Zzzz..
So we thought it all might have worked when Momma started getting some contractions on a nice wet commuter-free Sunday morning, and we put the plan into action with Oma heading right over - but a cry-wolf false-alarm as it turns out.
But that's cool - the kid wanted daddy to enjoy the Pats game and gave him some time to get his picks and lineups all set. It's going to take a miracle, but I have a shot at winning my first Fantasy Baseball League with a big day today - keep your fingers crossed people!
